This land is owned by Oxford City Council and has been allocated for the development of new homes in the Oxford Local Plan 2016-2036. OX Place is the council’s own development company, created in 2016 to create high-quality, sustainable and genuinely affordable new homes for Oxford.
OX Place has partnered with Hill Group to deliver new homes on this site. Hill Group is in the process of drawing up initial plans, and the intention is to hold a public consultation on these plans shortly.
